It’s not a Jonas. Or is it!?

Demi Lovato is back to slumming it with Wilmer Valderrama. The ‘Skyscraper’ singer was spotted “getting hot and heavy” with Wilmer at a party hosted by Seth MacFarlane.

Demi, who is 19, was said to be hooking up with the 31 year old while in rehab. They have been rumored to be on-and-off-again since early 2010. Life and Style reports that they were inseparable all through Seth’s party and couldn’t keep his hands off her.

“They showed up together and made no effort to hide that they’re back together. They were stealing kisses throughout the night, holding hands and just seemed to enjoy being together. This time they didn’t leave each other’s side all night. Demi couldn’t seem happier about it! They were dirty-dancing to the music, and when they were seated, Wilmer had his hands on Demi’s knee the entire time,” the eyewitness reveals. “He was being very boyfriend-like and affectionate.”

No wonder the girl has issues. I can just picture Wilmer leaning on his Toyota Tercel outside the Now Legal But Troubled Disney Child Stars Playground while wearing an eagle embroidered jean jacket and aviators offering all the girls rides. Terrifying.
