The second season of ‘The Voice‘ just kicked off Sunday and already there’s lots of rumors going around about a third season!The original judges: Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, and Cee-lo Green all returned for the new season. Now it looks like at least one of the Judges has already negotiated their way back for a third season!

Per The Wrap:

Aguilera is the first of the four “Voice” judges to re-up her contract, which TheWrap last week reported amounted to a pricey $10 million, far more than “X Factor” judges earn on Fox.

Also we won’t be waiting until next winter for the third season because NBC plans to bring The Voice back this fall. And get this – NBC is going to position The Voice against ‘The X-Factor‘ on Fox. This could get interesting! As for the other Judges, it’s likely they too will return for season three this fall!

I watched the season premiere on Sunday and I just love this show. It’s nice to see people being judged solely on talent and not on their physical appearance! This is how it should be. Music is for the ears not for the eyes!

Execs behind hit talent show “The Voice” have slammed rumors they plan to fire Christina Aguilera from the judging panel after the next season. Aguilera is a mentor alongside Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton on the show, which has proved hugely popular and is set to go into a second season next February in a key scheduling slot following the Super Bowl. However, despite all four judges signing on for next season, reports have suggested network chiefs were unhappy with the amount of time Aguilera spent with the acts and wanted a replacement for her if the show goes into a third run.

Per E! Online:

Executive producer Mark Burnett tells me nothing could be further from the truth. “You’re the first person I’ve spoken to about this,” Burnett said at this morning’s Emmys red carpet rollout with Jane Lynch (Burnett’s producing Sunday’s big awards show). “Christina is absolutely staying. She is not going anywhere, 100 percent. We were emailing with Christina yesterday. They’re all back.”

Burnett also said that he thinks the rumor was started possibly by other reality TV shows that are afraid of the competition. In spite of the report that she will be fired after the upcoming season for her unhelpful attitude there appears to be no reason to think she’s going anywhere, at least not based on these rumors. For now, the rumors that Christina will be replaced after the second season appear to be, in the words of her rep, “absolutely false.”

The Albino Snooki is about to be out of a job according to X17. The site claims that their “source” is a confidante of ‘The Voice’ production team. Said producers are done dealing with Christina Aguilera and plan on firing her next season because she is too busy shellacking her face, eating bottles of vodka and playing slap and tickle with her boyfriend…

“She doesn’t spend time with her contestants like she’s supposed to. She doesn’t participate. She spends most of her time on the set with her boyfriend.”

She and Adam Levine were also rumored to be at each other’s throats. According to those rumors, Christina is constantly holding up the show and making more money than Levine, Cee Lo and Blake.

A rep for Aguilera denied the rumor along with NBC. The network added that there is “absolutely no truth to the rumor.”

“Our office represents Christina Aguilera and we have reviewed your post where you implied that our client may have been guilty of child abuse because her son had bruises under his eyes… Christina is a wonderful mother and was not present in the park when Max fell and hurt himself. To imply that she had something to do with this incident, without any investigation on your part whatsoever, is reckless and unconscionable. We reserve all our client’s legal and equitable remedies for this reputable disparagement of our client’s character,” and ends his missive by admonishing MediaTakeOut, “HAVE YOU NO SHAME!!!!!!!!”

The site has since revamped the story and removed suggestions that “The Voice” judge had hit Max. Friends have also come forward to insist that Aguilera is a great mom and Max simply slipped while playing in the park. He was immediately taken to the doctor where he was given a clean bill of health.
