According to Amanda Bynes‘ twitter page, after one month, “I’ve unretired.” from acting.

The 24-year-old actress told everyone that she was tired of the film industry and was retiring at her early age.

After tweeting that solid fact, she tweeted a link to the  trailer for her upcoming film, Easy A, telling people to “check it out ”.

Make up your mind A, don’t want to get too hung up on what others want you to do!

Katy Perry looks absolutely stunning, while looking a bit weird at the same time, in this new photoshoot for photog Rankin.

According to Perez Hilton, Katy’s hair and makeup were done by Louise Moon and Gregory Arlt. Not yet sure if the photos are being used anywhere, but they sure are interesting.

Former fashion model Ann Kirsten Kennis is suing Vampire Weekend for using a photo of her, taken in the ’80s, for the cover of their second album, Contra.

The photo was either sold or donated sometime after 1983, which was when it was taken. Not only is she suing the band, but she is also suing the record label as well as the photog who sold them the photo. The overall total she is suing all three parties for is $2 million.

Alan Neigher, Kennis’ lawyer, said that one day Ann’s daughter came home and said, “Hi mom, see your picture?”

Apparently the photographer claims he has had the photo in his possession and that he was the person who originally shot the photograph. He supposedly also forged Ann’s signature so that the band could use the photo.

The band says that they did not know the woman, just that they found the photo “striking”.

Lindsay Lohan heads to jail today, but before she goes, she decided to indulge herself in one last photo shoot  for the September issue of Complex magazine.

Lohan is only set to be in jail for around a month instead of the 90-day trial she got from the judge because the jail isovercrowded.

She is being sent to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California.

Jennifer Aniston is promoting her new Lolavie perfume with topless shots from a recent shoot in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

According to the Daily Mail, a UK newspaper, the scent is supposed to be launched on Wednesday, July 21st at Harrods.

The 41-year-old actress proves that beauty has no age limit, as she still looks incredible in her recent topless shoot. About her perfume, she says, “It’s a nonperfume perfume. Sexy and clean. Floral but not too flowery. I want people to go ‘What is that? You smell great!’ But most of all I wanted it to smell natural.”

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is filming at a set built for the film near the Turtle Bay Resort in Oahu, Hawaii.

The cast and crew will be filming there until July 23rd. The majority of the crew is staying at the Marriott Waikiki hotel and shuttled to location. The cast is likely to be staying at the Turtle Bay resort.

Three of the main filming locations include Barber’s point, Police Beach in Haleiwa, and the Mermaid Lagoon set on the Turtle Bay Resort’s property.
