Miley Cyrus was spotted at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach resort rockin a hot-pink, teeny bikini on Thursday.
The 17-year-old starlet lounged poolside with a friend, soaked up the sun, made a few calls and gave cameras a peek at what appears to be a new tattoo. Cyrus mentioned getting some ink with her brother Trace and appears she’s done just that - ”just breathe” is written in cursive on her ribcage under her left breast.
