The media went a buzzing last week when pictures of 17 year-old Miley cyrus surfaced in a bikini…with a tattoo under her left boobage-or a titty-tat as I like to call it. Refresh your memory by clicking here.
The tattoo, which simply reads: Just Breathe is in honor of a friend of the ‘Hannah Montana’ star that passed away.

“…the 17-year-old’s ink actually honors the memory of one of her close friends that passed away due to Cystic Fibrosis over three years ago. Apparently ‘Just Breathe’ is the slogan for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.”
I think the placement of the tattoo and the fact that she is underage to have gotten without the permission of her parents, is what is really relevant.
Perhaps she had the tattoo inked there because, in about five years, it will no longer be visable.
